These terms are between you and Leicester Barbering Academy Limited (company number 14678885, registered in England and Wales), 53-55 Belgrave Gate, Leicester LE1 3HR. They apply when you book a course or buy from our shop. Please read them before you pay. By completing your booking you confirm you have read and agree to them.
Paying for a course, online or at the academy, is your commitment to enrol and secures your place on that course and weekly group. Places are limited to 6 students per group and are confirmed once payment is complete.
If you book online or by phone, the law gives you 14 days from the day you book to change your mind. Cancel within those 14 days and we will refund you in full, as long as the course has not started. If you ask to start the course within those 14 days, we will deduct the cost of any days you have attended.
At least 30 days before your start date: we will refund your payment minus a 25% cancellation fee. This covers the costs we have already taken on for your place, including administration, payment processing fees, registration and holding your place in a small group of 6.
Less than 30 days before your start date: we cannot offer a refund. You can move to a future course date once, subject to availability.

If you choose to leave once the course has begun, you must give written notice to the Academy Director, signed and dated, with your last day of attendance. Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started.
Missed days are not refunded. Where we can, we will help you catch up, but this depends on space in other groups and cannot be guaranteed.
If we cancel a course or change its start date, you can choose a full refund or a place on another date at no extra cost.
Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, within 14 days of us agreeing the refund. If you paid with PayPal Pay in 3 or Klarna, they adjust your remaining repayments.
If you pay with PayPal Pay in 3 or Klarna, your agreement for the repayments is with PayPal or Klarna and their terms apply. Your place is secured as soon as the order is approved.
The 10-week course includes a full professional barbering kit, issued at the start of the course. Once issued, the kit is yours. If you cancel after receiving it, it must be returned unused and in its original packaging, or its cost will be deducted from any refund.
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
